Be, do and have

No one saves us but ourselves

Being diagnosed with cancer was surreal. Certainly one of the darkest times of my life. Chemotherapy was never an option. I felt the toxicity would kill me. Instead, I went with alternative methods. It happened to work out well for me. I was surprised by the results, actually.

Because of how much I learned and the outstanding healing results I encountered, I consider myself a nutrition educator and wellness activist. I created this website to share my journey in hope that it may inspire others who are facing a health challenge to look deeper; explore; research.

The truth always reveals itself or put another way, prayer is always answered. Don’t be satisfied with the status quo. Perfect health is your divine right! It’s how we were designed. If you are reading this and struggling, my advise to you is: don’t give up until you are restored to wholeness. I did it and so can you! You got this!

There is in all visible things, a hidden wholeness

– Thomas Merton

Everything is connected. The Universe is a hologram where every part contains the whole. Outside echoes the inside. The lower is a reflection of the higher. The other is a reflection of you. We are all a microcosm of each other. The big picture is within us and even our cells.

“Soul intelligence gives you an understanding of the bigger picture of any situation. With soul intelligence, it is possible to know the universal principles that apply to your situation and give it meaning.” – Unknown

Understanding the Cause

All Disease Begins in the Gut – Hippocrates

What was going on inside of me that gave room for cancer cells to advance? Why breast cancer? The first thought that came to mind was my hypothyroidism diagnosis three years earlier. I wondered if there was a connection. When I researched the cause of hypothyroidism, I discovered it’s is an offset of hormonal issues triggered by digestive issues.  Since “all disease begins in the gut,”, it was the link I was looking for.

I started by mapping my health abnormalities from over the years which turned out to be the most important part of my health journey.  Armed with a list of cumulative health issues I had experienced from young adulthood, it led me to the originating contributor of my breast cancer. I felt from the beginning that without fully understanding what laid the groundwork for my cancer to advance, it would mean that no matter what healing approach I chose, if I didn’t heal what caused it, then I could expect it to return; so began my journey of healing.
